In Motion Fitness Centre

Our physical fitness centre is equipped with state of the art weight training equipment that includes a full weight training area using olympic sized plates, barbells, and benches.

We also use professional grade dumbbells that range in size from 2 ½ pounds to 100 pounds. Our health and physical fitness centre is well stocked with a wide variety of strength training and cardiovascular equipment. We have more than enough weight for the most serious lifter.

Our workout area is always kept clean and our knowledgeable and helpful staff are always on hand to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe workout. Not sure how to use a workout or cardiovascular machine, no problem, our staff are more than willing to help.

Do you need workout programs for weight loss, fitness or muscle toning? No problem we have preset workout programs for just about every aspect of weight training. We can also help you personalize your workout programs to help you achieve your health and physical fitness goals.

We also have personal trainers on hand to help guide you through every aspect of your weight training experience so you don’t have to worry about not performing a movement incorrectly.

Our strength training machines are top of the line and in perfect working condition. We have weight training stations for each body part including:

• Leg extension machine
• Leg curl machine
• Two leg press machines
• Dip / chin up station
• Lat machine station
• Cable cross over station
• Biceps curl apparatus
• Triceps press apparatus

The In Motion Health And Physical Centre also carries top of the line cardiovascular equipment that includes:

• 2 Stationary Bikes
• 1 Recumbent Bike
• 2 Treadmills
• Elliptical Trainer
• Floor mats and Exercise ball (floor exercises and stretching)
• Heavy bag

Our health and fitness facility comes complete with large modern change rooms including lockers and private shower stalls. The bathrooms are large and spacious to accommodate more than enough people for the most busiest of times. We also have large saunas in each of the change rooms.
